		<description>Thanks for the travel guide, could be useful some day, who knows... That chocolate factory tour looks like it would be high on my highlight list. It&#039;s weird that they use a tiny toaster oven to make large(ish) batches of chocolate, but I guess it works - must be yummy!</description>

I&#039;m not overly worried about &quot;cultural contamination&quot; in this case. Regarding the food, the point is these dishes aren&#039;t made in order to cater to Israelis, they are made because they&#039;re compatible with local ingredients and palates. As for the language - yeah, it&#039;s a bit annoying, but at least our folk seem to be behaving themselves. We haven&#039;t heard or seen a single horror scene of the kind that was all too common a decade ago...</description>

As you might be aware, the incorporation of Israeli dishes into the tourist restaurants&#039; menus and locals picking up Hebrew is unfortunately happening in many places in the world, in locations favored by Israelis.</description>
